Since the Newport Conference Center has sold out of rooms for Alianza's conference, Marenas Resort will be our 'overflow hotel'.  It is a beautiful beachfront resort located within walking distance from the Newport Conference Center. When making reservations, please  identify yourself with the "Alianza  Group" in order to receive the special rate of $129 instead of their usual $329. They are also WAIVING TAX & PARKING!
